I know countless busy professionals who are laser-focused on achieving financial success.
They work long hours, hustle hard, and pour everything into their work. While there’s no denying that money is important, it’s also not the end-all-be-all of success.
I would argue that joy is a much better indicator of success than wealth.
After all, what good is all the money in the world if you’re not happy?
Think about it: how many people do you know who have quite a bit of money but still seem unhappy? On the other hand, how many people do you know who don’t have much money yet seem to radiate joy and contentment?
I’m not saying that money isn’t important. Of course, we need enough to cover our basic needs and live comfortably. But beyond that, joy is the ultimate measure of success.
So if you want to be truly successful, focus on finding joy in your life.
Whether that means pursuing your passions, spending time with loved ones, or simply taking time to enjoy the little things, prioritize joy above all else.
By doing so, you will likely achieve great success.
