When we dwell on the past, we can’t change what has happened, and we risk becoming trapped in negative emotions. Similarly, worrying about the future can lead to anxiety and stress, impacting our physical and mental health. Focusing on and making the most of the present moment is essential.

Mindfulness practices like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga can help bring us back to the present when we find our minds drifting.

When we focus on the present, we’re better able to appreciate the people and experiences around us.

We can make better decisions and take actions that lead to positive outcomes.

So take a deep breath, relax, and bring yourself back to the present moment.
