The #1 Reason Why Most People Fail At Losing Weight, And How You Can Easily Avoid Making The Same Mistake.
The One Mindset Shift That Finally Helped Me Lose 100 Pounds.

I spent most of my adult life severely overweight.
I could barely climb a single flight of stairs without getting winded. I was so unhappy with my health and body and desperately wanted to change.
I tried so many different diet and exercise plans and failed every time.
I hit rock bottom when I started yet another new exercise routine in 2018 and broke my leg while trying to run on the treadmill. All that extra weight pounding down on me while trying to run was just too much for my body to handle.
This ended up being one of the best things that ever happened to me.
A light bulb went off while I was recovering, and I finally realized the one colossal mistake that I and so many others were making when starting a new diet or exercise routine:
Trying to change too much too quickly makes you miserable. Anything that makes you miserable is not realistically maintainable long-term.
Six months later, once my leg healed, I started my diet and exercise routine journey again with a completely different mindset.
I knew this time around that I had to take it very slowly. Instead of drastically changing my diet and exercise habits, I focused on making slightly better choices every time I ate and on finding enjoyable ways to move my body a little more every day.
These small changes didn't make me miserable and started to add up over time.
Before long, I was consistently losing about one pound per week. Over the next 100 weeks, I lost 100 pounds and got into the best shape of my life.
Getting healthy is a long game. Slowing down and focusing on small changes that were easy to maintain changed everything for me.
