A Simple System That Helps Entrepreneurs Who Work From Home Get More Done.
A Stress-Free Way to Tackle Your Never Ending List Of Things To Do.

As an online entrepreneur working from home, the lines between business, chores, and life can blur quickly. One minute, you're planning a client pitch, and the next, you're debating whether the laundry can wait another day.
The never-ending list of things you want or need to get done and the constant juggling can leave you feeling overwhelmed, distracted, and unproductive.
This simple system helped me regain control and start to get things done - without the stress:
• Dump It All Out: Create one centralized master list of everything you need or want to accomplish: short-term, long-term, personal, and professional. From meal prep to client calls, write it all down. I use Notion, but a notebook works just fine.
• Break Down Each Task: Break each item on your list into the smallest possible steps. "Launch website" is daunting; "Choose a domain name" is doable.
• Choose Your Immediate Focus: Pick 3-5 small tasks from your master list for your to-do list. Limiting your to-do list to just 3-5 tiny tasks prevents you from becoming overwhelmed and makes getting started much easier. Focus your attention on this shorter list, not the longer one.
• Celebrate Each Small Win: Move each completed task to an "Accomplished Today" list. Watching it grow throughout the day is oddly satisfying and super motivating.
• Rinse and Repeat: Once your short to-do list is complete, return to your master list and select another 3-5 small tasks. Keep the cycle going.
• Review And Celebrate Your Progress: At the end of the day, reflect on your "Accomplished Today" list. You'll be surprised by how much you've achieved, regardless of how much remains on your master list.
Focusing on just a few tasks at a time and not your never-ending longer list will help you stay focused, feel less overwhelmed, and be more productive. Try it out, and let me know in the comments how it works for you!
