Health & Fitness 💪

My morning fitness routine is my absolute favorite part of every single day.  Making the decision to make slightly better choices every time that I eat along with finding a fun way to move my body every day has gotten me into the best mental and physical shape of my life.  These are some of my favorite tools that help me eat better and stay well-hydrated:

  • One Peanut Butter Pie Protein Bars - The most delicious protein bar I've ever found that tastes like a candy bar yet has almost no sugar.
  • Premier Protein Caramel Shakes - A protein and vitamin boost that has almost no sugar yet tastes like a milkshake. I enjoy one before and after every workout.
  • One-Gallon Double Vacuum Stainless Steel Jug - Drinking at least one gallon of water a day changed my life.  This jug keeps my water ice cold and helps me ensure that I get my full gallon in every day.  It's a bit of an investment but is worth every penny.

I love the incredible power of fragrance. It is amazing how certain scents can invoke wonderful random memories from many years ago. For years I would always have a scented candle burning in my home, but the arrival of a curious cat who liked to play with the flames ended that quickly.
