As a coach, I am very skilled at asking powerful questions that help my clients look at their biggest problems from a completely different perspective.

There are so many different ways to look at almost any given situation in life. When we encounter a problem or a roadblock, as humans we tend to get very fixated on just one way of looking at the situation. It’s very easy to get stuck when a solution to the problem is not visible from that particular point of view.

As a coach, my job is to ask powerful, non-leading questions that help my clients take a step back and look at the situation they are struggling with from a completely different perspective.

Often, once they are able to look at the situation from a different point of view, the answer that makes perfect sense for them quickly becomes incredibly obvious.

Good coaching helps clients unlock their own personal solutions. 🎉

It has absolutely nothing to do with what the coach thinks the solution might be.

Once my clients unlock the solution that makes the most sense to them, they often finally overcome their biggest obstacles and roadblocks and start making rapid progress toward their biggest goals and dreams.

Coaching is so incredibly powerful when it is done properly.
