The truth is, however, that striving for perfection can often lead to procrastination, anxiety, stress, and even depression. It’s so important that we prioritize progress over perfection. Here are five simple tips that will help you do so:

When you’re working towards a goal, it’s important to start small. Don’t try to do everything at once. Instead, break your goal down into smaller, more manageable tasks. Focus on making progress, even if it’s just a little bit at a time.
