These are 3 topics that I am actively thinking about a lot these days:

Topic #1: Toxic Optimism

I’m one of the most optimistic people you’ll ever meet. I am almost always wearing a big smile. I go out of my way to focus on the positive aspects of almost every situation in life, even the horrible ones. This is one of my favorite things about myself. I’m realizing lately that this extreme optimism has not always served me well. It can be easy to miss vital warning signs and delay taking necessary action when you only focus on the bright side of negative situations.

Topic #2: Imposter Syndrome

I’m a 7-Figure Online Sales & Marketing Entrepreneur. I’ve sold over $1.5 Million worth of a $6 product online. That’s a fact. Yet, whenever I add “7-Figure” to the front of my tagline, I feel like a complete fraud. Why is that?

Topic #3: 1% Better Every Day

In his book Atomic Habits, James Clear discusses focusing on getting just 1% better at something every day. This concept completely changed my life. It’s so easy to give up when you try to make drastic changes quickly. Making tiny changes every day, however, is relatively easy. It is amazing how the results of those tiny daily improvements add up over time.

Do any of these statements resonate with you? Let’s connect! I’d love to hear your thoughts!
