Over the past 5 years, I have gotten into the best mental and physical shape of my life.

Not long ago, I was very unhealthy and not excited about my life or future. Establishing my “Unbreakable Morning Routine” was one of the first steps I took when I decided it was time to make a change. This routine became the foundation for my transformation.

I do all 3 of these simple things every single morning without fail:

Habit #1: I Drink 2 Big Glasses Of Water Before I Have Any Coffee. 💧

Staying well-hydrated is so essential for your body and your mind. I started making myself drink 2 big glasses of water every morning before I let myself have any coffee. I love my coffee, and I want it badly each morning, so this was a powerful motivator that helped me start to build up the amount of water I drink each day. We naturally get dehydrated while we sleep. It’s incredible how much better I feel when I get fully hydrated first thing in the morning.

Habit #2: I Spend 10 Minutes Relaxing And Reflecting On What I Am Thankful For While I Enjoy My Coffee.

Every morning I settle into my favorite chair, under my favorite blanket, with my dog in my lap and quietly reflect on what I am thankful for while I enjoy my coffee. This creates an overwhelming sense of calm and gets me into the best possible mindset to face whatever lies ahead that day.

Habit #3: I Read My List Of Daily Affirmations Aloud. 💪

I keep a list of affirmations I want to remind myself of every morning. A few highlights include: “What am I excited about working on today? I choose to follow my highest excitement.”, “Today is a gift. I will not waste it.”, “I focus on progress, not perfection.”, and “Time is my most valuable asset.” I feel absolutely amazing and ready to take on the world as soon as I’m done speaking everything on this list into existence.

It’s impossible for me to start my day on a bad note when I start each morning with these 3 habits. I hope they are as helpful for you as they have been for me!
